Refund policy
Free listings involve no payment. These rules apply to featured and category promotion services confirmed in writing.
Full refund
A full refund is available before promotion goes live, when NAVIAI.TOP cannot launch on the confirmed date, or for duplicate and clearly erroneous payments.
After launch
Delivered promotion time is normally non-refundable. If a site failure hides a placement for more than 24 consecutive hours, we will extend the campaign or refund the undelivered portion.
Exclusions
No refund is provided when content is removed for false, illegal or infringing information, when a third-party product changes or closes, or solely because clicks or sales did not meet expectations without a written guarantee.
